Please read and understand the following before placing your order and asking any questions. ON TERMS & CONDITIONS

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

For Metro Manila residents, shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

For those outside of Metro Manila, but still in the Philippines, shipping will take 5 to 7 business days.

For international orders, standard shipping takes 10 to 25 business, while express shipping takes 3-5 business days after order has been confirmed.

 

Can I still change my order after payment?

Changes in your order/s is allowed only when your package has not yet been sent to the courier. In case of cancellation of orders, no refunds will be issued.

 

ON PURCHASING, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS

How is the purchasing process?

Orders will strictly be done through our website. Payment details for those paying via bank deposit or LBC Pera Padala will be available upon checkout. Credit Card payments are also accepted via PayPal.

How can we pay for our orders?

Payments can be made online through Paypal, bank deposit via RCBC and BPI, and LBC Pera Padala. Unfortunately, these are the only payment options we have as of now.

Can I pay for my order once the item has been dispatched?

No. Only fully-paid orders will be sent out for shipping.

I don't want the items anymore. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we will not issue a refund on cancellation of orders. However, should your order/s be not available and/or are sold out in our warehouse, we will return the entire amount paid.

 

ON SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally via Xend for standard shipping and DHL for international shipping.

When will you ship my order/s?

Once your order/s is/are fully paid, we will immediately ship them via Xend for domestic orders and DHL for international. We do not do meet-ups nor do we have any pick-up points.

How long is the shipping?

3 to 5 business days* for those in Metro Manila

5 to 7 business days* for those outside of Metro Manila, but in the Philippines

10 to 25 business days* for standard international shipping

3 to 5 business days* for express international shipping

*not taking into account peak seasons and holidays

How do we know if our order/s are arriving?

Once your parcels have been sent to the courier, you will receive a text message and an e-mail of your order/s' tracking number. 

Why is the shipping so expensive?

Your items are shipped directly from our office in the Philippines and the rates we offer are already the most efficient. The geographical distance give us no choice but to comply to these rates, but rest assured that we are continuously finding ways to reduce the costs you have to pay while maintaining an excellent shipping service.

ON RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

How do I return an item?

Only damaged items can be returned. Please shoot us an e-mail over at returns@thepeachcompany.ph attaching a photo of the damaged product.

Can I get a refund for damaged item/s?

Yes, you may. However, shipping fee will not be refunded.

Can I change the item into a different size or color?

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange your item with another unless we have given you one that is different from or one that is not your order.

On duties & taxes
The buyer is responsible for all return costs—including shipping, duties, and taxes. These are not covered and will not be reimbursed by us.

Given this, please declare minimum shipment value for returned parcels. We reserve the right to refuse a return that has unpaid duties and taxes being charged to us.
